The challenge
Charter agencies often face challenges related to complex flight calculations and bookings, which were previously handled manually. This process was time-consuming, prone to human error, and did not provide a quick and accurate overview of all costs. The issue was further complicated by frequent price changes (fuel, baggage, taxes, etc.), all of which had to be included in each calculation.
The solution
We developed a web application that automates the process of charter flight calculations and reservations, enabling faster, more accurate, and simpler management of all business aspects. The application provides:
- Flight search: Users can quickly and easily search for flights based on various parameters (date, destination, number of passengers), saving time and improving accuracy in flight selection.
- Automated cost calculation: The application automatically calculates the total flight cost, including the base fare and all additional charges (fuel, baggage, landing fees, etc.), eliminating human error and reducing potential misunderstandings with clients.
- Simplified booking: We implemented a simple and intuitive booking form, allowing users to schedule flights quickly and efficiently with minimal effort. This streamlined booking process reduces both time and complexity for users and agencies.
